Paint Rush Privacy Policy

Effective September 30, 2026. Applies to the Paint Rush app for Android (package com.reveloot.paintrush), published by Reveloot.

Summary

  • Your game progress is stored on your device.
  • If you use Google Play Games, Google handles your sign-in, leaderboard scores and cloud saves.
  • Gameplay statistics are sent to Unity Analytics only if you tap Allow, and you can turn this off or ask for deletion at any time.
  • Drip packs are sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment; the app checks the receipt on your device.
  • Paint Rush shows no ads, does not sell your data and does not ask you to create an account.

Information stored on your device

Paint Rush saves your progress on your device: boards unlocked and completed, best scores and times, stars, drips and power-ups. This stays on your device. If Android backup is on for your Google account, Android may include it in your device backup under Google's backup terms.

The app also stores your analytics choice (Allow or Don't allow), so it does not ask again, and the transaction IDs of drip packs you have bought, so each is added only once.

Google Play Games

Paint Rush uses Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and cloud saves. When you are signed in to Play Games on your device, Google receives your Play Games profile (gamer name and avatar), the scores you post to Paint Rush leaderboards, and your Paint Rush saved game, which contains the progress described above, the time played, a timestamp and a screenshot of the game screen used as the save's cover image. Google also collects usage and diagnostic data about the Play Games software. This data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You control your Play Games profile visibility, and you can delete your Play Games data from your Play Games profile or Google Account.

Unity Analytics (only with your permission)

The first time you open Paint Rush it asks whether you allow gameplay statistics. Nothing is sent to Unity Analytics unless you tap Allow. If you allow it, the app sends Unity Technologies:

DataExamplesWhy
App activitygame started and ended, session length, boards completed with board number (or, for instant-play boards, a code hash), score, stars and time taken; for the first boards' guided tutorial, the board number, which lesson ran, stars, time taken and whether you skipped the tutorialto see which boards are too hard or too easy and improve the game
Device and app informationdevice model, operating system version, app version, language, and diagnostic data about the analytics softwareto find problems on particular devices
Approximate locationcountry or region, derived from your IP addressto understand where players are
Identifiersa random installation ID created by the app (not your name, email or advertising ID)to count players and sessions without knowing who you are

Unity processes this data on our behalf under the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Unity may also use the diagnostic and performance data about its own software to keep that software working and improve it. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use it only to improve Paint Rush, never for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Your choices: on the title screen tap Privacy to turn analytics off or on, or tap Delete my analytics data to stop collection and ask Unity to delete the data already collected from your device. Uninstalling the app also stops all collection.

In-app purchases

Paint Rush sells drip packs (Sample, Bucket and Drum) as in-app purchases. Payment is taken by Google Play Billing under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play's terms; the app never sees your payment details. When a purchase completes, the app receives a receipt and a transaction ID from Google Play, checks the receipt's signature on your device, and stores the transaction ID in the app's local data so the pack is added to your drips once, even if the app is interrupted. Unity's In-App Purchasing software, which runs in the app, reports each purchase attempt (including canceled or failed ones) to Unity: the product, its price and currency, the transaction ID and receipt, your installation ID, when the app was installed, and your device model, operating system version, language settings and storage size. This happens whether or not you allowed analytics, and Unity processes it under its privacy policy. Opening the shop connects to Google Play and Unity whether or not you allowed analytics. Unity Analytics receives a record of the purchase only if you allowed analytics. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

What we do not do

Children

Paint Rush is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Retention and deletion

Progress on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Play Games data is kept by Google until you delete it as described above. Unity keeps analytics data according to its own retention schedule described in its privacy policy, and deletes it when you use Delete my analytics data or when you ask us to. Your Google Play order history is kept by Google under its terms; Unity keeps purchase transaction records under its privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and to withdraw consent. Use the in-app Privacy settings or email us, and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change affects what data the app collects, the app will ask for your permission again where the law requires it.
